My 4 year old started taking the tiny tigers class a few months ago and we absolutely LOVE this studio and the instructors who work here. They are very patient with the little ones and my son is learning so much. Highly recommend this studio if you are looking to get your kids or yourself into martial arts.

We started taking our four-year-old daughter to Seven Spears a little over a month ago. She absolutely loves going. It is more than just martial arts; they teach the "Tiny Tigers" to apply things like focus, listening, and respect. Stephanie is fantastic and makes sure to personally connect with the students as well as the parents. The other instructors and leaders are also great and work well with the Tiny Tigers.

My wife and I joined Rodrigo's BJJ class after strong recommendations from my cousins. They were right and we are really enjoying every class. The instructor is world class and makes every class fun. The community is very welcoming and the facility is clean. There's 2 classes a week with GI and one class No GI. We plan on continuing and planning on putting our son in the kids class when he's old enough.

First time trying BJJ and fell in love after my first week. Professor Rodrigo and his assistant were super attentive and made sure to teach me basic skills safely without making me stand out as the only newbie! All the members are super supportive, respectful and friendly. I felt comfortable immediately and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills, which was why I decided to join. I also watch the kids BJJ class before my class and am always impressed by the Professor's patience with all the kids. He instills friendly discipline and all the kids seem like they genuinely enjoy being there. Overall great people and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Our daughter has been attending the Tiny Tiger's class for the past few months and has really enjoyed it! It's been great for her to burn a little energy during the week and she's really loving the karate! Stephanie and staff have been so welcoming and help really teach the kids about moral values.
Once a month they offer a ninja night where you can drop your kids off (for a small charge) for 3.5 hours! Our daughter went to her first one last month and loved it! Looking forward to the next one.
If you are looking for a martial arts studio for you or your kids, I highly recommend that you try out Seven Spears!

The Seven Spears team is amazing! They care about the kids and constantly keep in touch with the parents. My kids enjoy the Jiu Jitsu classes and have learned so much in a short amount of time. I recommend this studio to anyone who wants their kids to excel in Martial Arts in a safe and professional environment!

This gym has changed my family’s and my life for the better. My wife, daughter, son and I all go here and every single one of the professors here take their time to get to know their students. They don’t treat you like other gyms would. They treat you like family and every single person that come through this gym always has a smile on their face because of the atmosphere and how these coaches make you feel. I would highly recommend anyone to this gym.
